This is a very good product! It's the same as I was using at the physical therapist's office, so now I will always be able to continue with the exercises I have learned there, without the bother and expense of getting an appointment.

My only suggestion would be to improve the size / shape. It would be better if it were as WIDE as it is long. (1) That would allow me to do my balance routine without wearing out the same spot every day. (2) I wouldn't need to be so nervous about going off the pad when I'm marching with my eyes closed -- which is part of the prescribed practice....
I bought two of these pads and left one at my Mother's house. She is 88 years old, and while she is very spry, she has had three broken wrists over the last several years and I've been afraid that if she ever falls on ice, it could be devastating. So I showed her what proprioception exercises I was doing, making a fun game of it. Now she thinks of it as fun and shows her neat, rubbery pad to everyone who comes into the house-- and challenges THEM to try it!
