The soup spoon needs to have more of an arch to the handle in order for the user to be able to emerse the spoon into the soup bowl and bring it out with the contents still inside. The arch is a must alteration.1/9/2013 7:28 AMWas this review helpful? Yes / No (0/0)

My husband has had lots of success using the weighted eating utensils.1/9/2013 7:28 AMWas this review helpful? Yes / No (1/0)
As soon as I opened the package, I was pleased. Despite being weighted, this silverware is lovely. My aunt can use these, even during formal meals, without being self-conscious. I'm also very pleased with the service: I ordered them on Friday morning. She was able to use them for dinner on Monday night.1/9/2013 7:28 AMWas this review helpful? Yes / No (0/0)
My Dad has Parkinson's Disease and I read about weighted utensils when I was looking up ideas for gifts to help those with Parkinson's. I initially bought him the soup spoon, knife and fork and he found them really helpful and easier to use. He especially likes that the spoon has a good curve and depth and helps him eat soup. I bought another full set including teaspoon since he felt they helped him.1/9/2013 7:28 AMWas this review helpful? Yes / No (1/0)
Having essential tremors the extra weight works very well. The soup spoon could be a little deeper, or angled? Overall I couldn't be more pleased by the ease of use. I'm planning on taking them when I go out to eat. They look normal and reduce my tremors.3/9/2014 9:17 PMWas this review helpful? Yes / No (0/0)
