Instructions for Cold Therapy:
Remove the gel packs from the wrap and place in the freezer for at least one hour before application. Ice down for a maximum 15 minutes per treatment.
Instructions for Heat Therapy:
Remove gel packs from sleeve and immerse in microwavable container filled with water. Heat for 1-2 minutes until pack achieves even temperature. Remove it from the water and place the pack in the protective nylon sleeve. If no water is available, place the gel insert onto a paper towel and then into the microwave. Set the power level to high and follow the table below so that you dont overheat the pack.
