These work great. They're not a lot more expensive than other knee wrap/ice products, but the design is infinitely better.
The ice pack area is comprised of two individual ice gel packs that cover an area large enough to get nearly the entire circumference of your knee, as well as above and below it. Their placement can also be customized within the wrap to suit whatever part of the knee you want to ice down.
It is so easy to slap these on after a long run and not worry about taping ice bags to your legs and having them slop around etc. They fit so well, even with one on each knee, you can still be mobile and not worry about them sliding around or slipping off.
If you ice your knees on a routine basis, you will love these.
