I bought these glasses for belaying while rock climbing. Without them my neck hurts from watching my climber. These work great and my neck doesn't kill me anymore. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they are heavier and bulkier as compared to the belay glasses that are designed and sold specifically for climbing (only 1 company makes them), but these glasses are HALF the price of those ones, so for me were definitely worth a try and I am perfectly happy with them! PS, they can be worn over your sunglasses too
