The people that designed this rollator did an awesome job; it's very innovative. Materials, quality, and workmanship are excellent! We are in our 50's and I think it will last for several years to come.
I had to loosen the brake cables before we could use it - a bit over-tightened at the factory. That was a hassle.
I purchased the Navigator as a "plan B" for my wife when we have a lot of walking to do. She prefers to walk as long as possible, and we have not yet used it as a wheelchair, but it sits fine to me.
My wife's primary rollator is small (and cheap), but it is light-weight (14 lbs.), and she can handle it OK when she's alone. Not so with the Navigator; it weighs about 24 lbs and I do all the handling getting it in/out of the car. This gets hard for me when we're making quick trips to different places (but I guess that would be true with any wheelchair).
