It is a very good product. I bought this to help relieve carpal tunnel symptoms. I feel that it is helping me on the path to recovery. My only complaint is the sizing chart. I wish they would have a specific measurement instead of the vague "3 lbs. for most people, 5 lbs. for people with larger hands." I ordered the large which is huge (I'm 6'2, 185 lbs.) It is too big. You cannot return for different size because of their return policy. Overall, a good product. The moist heat really penetrates deep. The herbs inside of it also help increase circulation.
