When it works, it is great but it is fussy to install. And yes, then the sticky to attach can melt and it falls off. So mixed review. Needs better installation glop for sure.

Easy to install, the instructions were clear - after a couple of readings - and it worked first time without having to go back and "tweak & twist"...

Now that I have it, I don't have to worry whether or not I "spaced" it and left the garage door open.

Note: I used double stick foam tape in place of nail type wire holders. Worked like a charm. Takes paint ok.
