We have also included 4 large "Stick 'n Grip" squares that you can uses to get extra gripping power when you want to keep Chillow PLUS Cooling Pillow in place as you lay on it. In the instructions it states you have the option of discarding all these add ons and simply enjoy the smooth, 2-way cooling of the new HydroSoothe surface on the backside of the Chillow PLUS Cooling Pillow; (technically, the HydroSoothe surface has been made less "sticky/grippy" so as not to "grip and irritate skin" as you use Chillow PLUS as a wrap - thus the extra "Stick 'N Grip" pieces added to the box).
