Thank you so much for this incredible life saving product. Since 1985, I have had numerous surgeries on my left shoulder due to dogs that I used to train. I no longer have a shoulder joint left and my shoulder is now being held together with a piece of my hip bone. I developed fibromyalgia and have suffered greatly in my neck and shoulders daily. The amount of pain medications I take are enough to put an elephant to its knees and pass out for days. I cannot afford massage therapy and anything else out there does not work. This condition leaves me in tears. All I do is sleep and feel my life is being wasted away as I find it hard to function. However, I was watching The Shopping Channel and there you were, Dr. Ho, demonstrating the neck comforter. When I finally got it I tried it right away and I could not believe it. The pain literally melted away and I felt like I was floating on a cloud. For the first time in over 30 years, I did not experience any pain I am in awe.
