I LOVE THESE CLEATS!!! They are fantastic for working in a business office. In previous years needing to wear dress shoes has always been a large inconvenience with black ice outside. Now with these removable cleats that slip on & off of dress or tennis shoes, I don't have to worry about my safety getting to & from my car! They are the greatest invention since sliced bread!!

These are the best all around cleats.  They are by far the best for running on ice or slick packed snow.  They are not cumbersome like other cleats. If you're buying them for shoes smaller than a men's 11, then get the small/medium size.
