All the functionality of the original E-Z Turn with these added features. The brakes lock on and release, no need for the care giver to keep a foot on the brake. Now both feet are kept firmly on the floor during transfers. The knee pads pivot to better fit each patient. The knee pads are adjustable to 3 settings for width between the knees. Upper and lower hand grips are padded for a more secure and comfortable grip. The footplate is reinforced for increased durability. Increased capacity of 300 lb. (136kg).

This portable device allows caregivers to pivot transfer individuals without physical strain, thereby reducing the incidents of back injury. This is an ideal solution for someone who has difficulty getting up on their own, but has enough strength in their arms and legs to pull themselves up with great leverage. The E-Z Turn II Transfer Disc does require a care giver and requires very little effort on the caregiver's part! Once the person is standing, the person can be rotated into a wheelchair or chair, or simply rotated to stand on their own away from the bed, toilet or chair.
The user places their feet onto the 16"-diameter disk and their knees against the knee pads and then grips the lower handle bar. The secure positioning reduces the risk of user falls during the actual transfer. Once the user pulls them self up into an upright position, the caregiver is able to rotate them to the new position with minimal effort.
