My husband has a problem with swallowing; a tumore that he had in his esphos... He needs to get lots of calories since his intake of food is limited. We usually order 2 cases about every 6 weeks. If you have to live on a liquid diet, this is the way to go. Very high in calories and once acclimated it tastes very good compared to the alternatives. Just wish I could order the mocha flavor!
