The aquatic training shoes do fit true to size, provide comfort, and are form fitting. Half sizes should round down, unless you have an extra- wide foot, then you should round up to the next size. Both the men and women shoes come in only one color, navy with white.
They feature a bungee lace up system with locking slider for quick installation and super secure fit.

Question: I water jog but I am in the end of the pool where my feet can touch and run as if I were on a treadmill. I am interested in your shoes, primarily for arch support in that I have high arches. Do your shoes provide arch support? Thanks for answering.

i was wondering if these shoes don't provide the arch support i need, can i put rubber inserts into the shoes?
