It was hard to swim for a long period of time until I found a way to listen music while I worked out. I love this product and I think I couldn't live without it now!!

I use this in the tub when I take my nightly bath. I listen to Singin' in the Bathtub by John Lithgow.

Click Here to view - H2O Audio iSH2 Waterproof Headset - for iPod Shuffle (2nd Generation) Having music to listen to when swimming definitely makes a huge difference. I used to only be able to workout for about an hour because I would get bored, but with these I can swim for at least 2 hours.
