This electric mat can be plugged into any 120 volt outlet. The minimum installation temperature is -20 degrees Fahrenheit. The mat melts snow at a rate of 2" per hour. The surface material of the mat is a high UV BCF Olefin fiber. Can be left outdoors all year round.

I can't tell you how many times I've slipped and fell on the slippery ice that builds up on the stairs leading up to my patio! The HeatTrak Heated Enterence Mat is a perfect solution to that problem. Now I don't have to worry about falling and hurting myself. The best thing I love about this product is that all I have to do is plug it in! No need for a shovel. No need for salt.
