The Contour Back Max has even been used by patients with a detached retina. When recovering from a detached retina, patients need to sleep with their head and their body at a particular angle to help with healing. The Contour Back Max helps them to find the ideal position for sleeping and supports the body so they feel comfortable.

What is the difference between the Contour Back Max - standard and the Contour Back Max with massage?

The Contour Back Max with Cover Standard and with Massage are exactly alike except the Contour Back Max with Cover with Massage has a battery operated massaging device.
