FOSTER Duct Liner Insulation Sealer is a water-based material specially formulated for application to HVAC duct liner or duct board insulations. 40-23 penetrates deeply into the existing insulation materials and, upon cure, reinforces the cohesive strength of the insulation materials, forming a tight, damage-resistant surface. 40-23 applied to the interior surfaces of unlined HVAC duct work, subsequent to source removal, effectively and economically reduces particle release. FOSTER Duct Liner Insulation Sealer is non-flammable when wet and fire-resistive when dry. The dry film stays flexible and moisture resistant. It will not cause flash rusting on metal surfaces. FOSTER Duct Liner Insulation Sealer is formulated to maintain excellent resistance to the deteriorating effects of fungus or molds. FOSTER Duct Liner Insulation Sealer contains no asbestos, lead, mercury, or mercury compounds. It meets NFPA 90A and 90B 25/50 requirements.
