FOSTER Masonry Sealer and Primer is a water-based acrylic copolymer specially formulated for use on unpainted block, plaster, and cement-based surfaces. If effectively penetrates into the surface to strengthen it, seal it, and to provide a dust free surface. FOSTER Masonry Sealer and Primer will greatly improve the adhesion of 40-20 and other waterbase paints and coatings to help eliminate blistering and peeling. FOSTER Masonry Sealer and Primer contains no asbestos, lead, mercury or mercury compounds. It meets NFPA 40A and 90B 25/50 requirements.
