The swivel cushion doesn't work because it sits too deeply in the seat. The bar works but you have to keep repositioning it when you are helping someone into a wheelchair. It doesn't feel "snug" to the person either and doesn't, then feel stable. Heavy enough to crack a window if needed in an emergency.
