Adhesive foam island dressing consists of a moisture vapor permeable membrane with a hydrophylic absorbent foam pad. The bordering membrane is adhesive. Suitable for low to moderately exudating wounds, with the foam center providing both a high degree of absorption and a cushioning at the wound site.
