I was forced to have foot surgery and am not permitted any weight-bearing. That means I travel from my bed to the recliner in the living room, and that's about it except for doctor's visits. The Invacare Tilt Top Overbed Table has been a lifesaver. It permits me to have everything I need close at hand. I eat my meals on it, and am able to tilt it for reading and writing. In fact, I'm composing this comment on my laptop, which is at just the right height because of the product! I would recommend it's purchase to anyone. Even after my recovery, I know I'll find many uses for the table. One that comes to mind is grading papers while watching television.
