Participating non-profits or associations must qualify

Criteria:
Must be in good standing with the community
Must have been in business for a minimum of 10 years
Must have a professional looking and well established web presence
Must have a professional office/headquarters

Qualifying non-profits, here's how it works:
1. To inquire about attaining a donor code, e-mail CustomerService@ActiveForever.com the following information:
Non-profit name
Short description
Phone number and URL
2. ActiveForever creates custom banner artwork for your web site and for use in your print marketing materials, enabling you to promote the LifeChangingGifts program and your donor code.
3. As shoppers use your donor code with ActiveForever, ActiveForever generates donations to your non-profit based on 5% of all product sales.

This program can be implemented for the long haul and build quite a bit of momentum. This program is meant to offer non-profits the ability to raise money passively, adding no stress or workload onto your staff.
