Installation Instructions:

Remove the bottom panel by pulling on the two round tabs located on the bottom of the unit until the compartment cover detaches.
Locate the inner square battery compartment. Remove the lid and place 3 'AAA' batteries inside observing positive and negative polarity. Check that the batteries are placed inside correctly by pressing the outer rubber foot pad where the pressure switch can be felt to see if the unit illuminates. Once verified, snap the square lid back in place.
Make sure the mounting surface is smooth and clean. Moistening the suction cups slightly will increase their holding power. Natural stones such as granite and marble are not good surfaces as they have veins that are difficult to seal. There are millions of microscopic crevices through the "smooth" surface. This mounting method will overcome most. Please check for firm grip prior to every use.
With the outer compartment cover removed, place the unit against a clean and smooth surface at a comfortable height. Locate the suction cup screw knob that is inside the unit. Unscrew the suction cup fastener to just before the screw comes off, then push the screw firmly against the wall to remove any air between the power suction cup and the smooth surface.
Begin turning the knob clockwise at finger-tight pressure until it stops. Simply place the outer cover back on the Luma Rest N'Shave until it snaps into place and that's it!

doesn't stick to the ceramic tile wall!

Does NOT stick to smooth flat surface. Also any pressure on unit makes the bottom cover pop off! LED lights are useless, when you place you foot on unit they are covered up. DON'T WASTE your money on this product, but a shower stool instead!
