The act of senior living does not have to be defined by so-called, "senior moments." Independent living is fraught with difficulties and stress, for people of all ages and dispositions. It can be a challenge to keep it all straight, particularly if you've got a full life, which, as anyone with any degree of knowledge on the subject will attest, is a good thing.
There are holidays, birthdays, special occasions and appointments galore--some serious and others not particularly so--in addition to all of the simple everyday stuff. Sometimes it can seem like everyone wants a piece of you. And maybe they do. It doesn't mean you have to fall apart at the seams from a momentary lapse in medical management. After all, your medication is there to help you retain your health and your vitality. The process of medication management should never be an added stress. Fortunately, it doesn't have to be.
