This was extremely easy to install and it is working out great.  I bought it for my 82 year old mother-in-law and the visiting in home nursing staff liked it so much they asked me where I got it.   I have a number of things purchased from activeforever.com that they are raving about.  One of them had me order her a catalog since she doesn't have access to the internet.

This shower wand is great.  The hand grip is easy to hang on to and the switch to reduce water flow at the handle is great for soaping up.

The shower head itself is very good.
The water hose plastic has a very acrid odor that
has not dimenished with use so far.
