Great chair but it's fairly difficult to assemble and the dimensions are slightly larger than the item description. I'm only talking about half to 3/4 of an inch but it's enough to make it too large to fit in the bathtub unless I put it in sideways and remove one of the arms. I have gotten used to it that way and it is a very comfortable and well made chair. If you decide to buy this item, do measure your tub carefully and allow some extra space for the chair unless you are going to use it in a shower stall. (After all it is described as a shower chair but the dimensions advertised would have allowed it to fit in my tub....)

The chair has proved to be very helpful with the arm rests that allow me to push up and out of the chair.

This chair is stable,comfortable and provides great support when moving to a standing position. It was a challenge to put together. You need some muscle to do it.
