Spine Worx Back Realignment Device
It's Like Having a Chiropractor in Your Home!
The Spine Worx Back Realignment Device is a natural spine alignment system designed to help realign your back to its correct shape. Designed to match the natural contours of a properly aligned back, Spine Worx is a great way to relieve chronic back pain in the comfort of your own home or office.
Are you suffering from back pain? It could be the result of a misaligned spine. Let ActiveForever.com help you with this simple to use Spine Worx Back Realignment Device. Designed by a chiropractor, this natural back support system uses your body's own weight to apply controlled pressure to your spinal vertebrae.
As you lie on the Spine-Worx Alignment System, your spine is pressed firmly against the length of its two unique padded and contoured rails, injection-molded to fit the natural shape of the mid- and lower back. The vertebrae in the spine are gradually and gently encouraged to realign into their natural positions, which helps to relieve back pain and improve overall mobility.
Remember: The central nervous system begins in the brain, courses into the spine and runs throughout the entire human body. If you shut down nerve supply, you shut down the body!
Spine-Worx is a Natural Spinal Alignment System, in the shape your back should be in.
How to use the Spine Worx Back Realignment Device
1. First, place your Spine-Worx on a firm, level surface. A small pillow placed as shown will increase comfort. Carefully sit with your back toward the end with the highest rails as pictured.
2. With your arms and elbows behind you for support, gently lower yourself onto the Spine-Worx with your vertebrae centered between the rails and gradually lie down. Relax. Allow several minutes for your back to conform to the natural shape of the Spine-Worx.
3. After a few minutes, you may feel you need more or less pressure in a particular area. You can adjust the pressure in different areas by changing the positions of your arms or legs.
Commonly asked questions and answers:
Q. How quickly will I feel results?
A. While many people feel results within the first few sessions, it may take longer for other people to achieve success. Most people accustomed to chiropractic may understand the product more quickly and its usefulness and adapt that knowledge to the product. Others will go through a learning curve while investigating something that seems foreign to their spine. For the beginner who is not a chiropractic patient, Spine-Worx should be used in 3-5 minute sessions to begin with and gradually work up to the recommended 15-minute limit.
Q. How often can I use the Spine Worx Back Realignment Device?
A. Start once a day for 5 minutes, then if necessary, twice a day for the first few sessions. The first few sessions you may feel some sensitivity or soreness. If you develop sensitivity, stop use for one or two days, then continue with a 5-7 minute application. Some sensitivity is normal, but pain is not normal. If you experience pain, stop using Spine-Worx and consult your doctor.
Q. Will I experience sensitivity?
A. Spine-Worx was designed by a chiropractor. Its shape is in the form of the normal human spine. It will not harm your spine. If you have a condition that is beyond simple alignment problems, we recommend you see your doctor before continuing use of the product.

Q. How does the Spine Worx Back Realignment Device actually work?
A. The spinous processes (photo to the right) or center of the vertebrae fit into the groove provided between the raised rails. The transverse processes or the horizontal tips of the vertebrae contact the two raised rails allowing the weight of the torso to apply controlled pressure to each vertebrae simultaneously.

Q. Will the Spine Worx Back Realignment Device help my neck?
A. Spine-Worx was designed primarily to apply pressure to the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae of the spine. Its total length will not allow for that type of application.
Q. How tall or short a person will Spine Worx fit since you say it is universal or one size fits all?
A. We do not believe in one size fits all, but Spine-Worx will work comfortably for males or females from 5' to 6'4" in height. The inventor of Spine-Worx, Dr. B.H. Richardson, D.C.., a chiropractor for 40 years, explains that some women and men, although rare, have an extra vertebrae in the lumbar area of the spine making their spine somewhat longer than normal (1 ½ - 2 inches) in length in that region of the back. This condition will not affect use for the product unless you are at the 6' 4" to begin with.
Q. Will Spine Worx help everyone?
A. There is no one perfect remedy for all conditions. Some people may have extremely good results with one therapy or doctor; others may best be served by a combination. The same is true with Spine-Worx. Spine-Worx was developed as a home health aid that can be used with other types of health care. Some people see immediate results while others may require additional sessions.
