Measurement Tips: Step 1: With hand extended flat, loosely loop your measuring tape around the circumference at the knuckles.
Step 2: Keeping the measuring tape around the knuckles, make a fist with you hand.
Step 3: Adjust tension to match how you prefer your gloves to fit.
Step 4: Record circumference measurement in inches. The sizing chart above is a general approximation that can be used to assist in glove sizing.

CAUTION: Therapeutic gloves should fit snug without causing restriction or discomfort.

TIP:You should generally choose a glove one size smaller in therapeutic than you would in a regular cold weather glove, such as those made from leather. You want to be able to have a sufficient amount of compression to experience relief without restriction.
