The DRI Sleeper Alarm System from ActiveForever.com is a small, comfortable clip. It features a unisex design with a moisture detector that attaches inside the underwear. The Bedwetter alarm awakens the child by detecting even the slightest amount of urine. The FLEXItector is put inside a panty liner (from any drugstore), which sticks in the crotch of the child's underwear to detect instantly when the urination begins. The FLEXItector comes connected to a wire which plugs into the DRI Sleeper Bedwetting Alarm unit which is worn on the collar with the Velcro supplied. When the child starts to urinate, a connection is made by the contact points in the detection unit - which in turn sets off a loud, high-pitched bleeping noise from the beeper on the child's shoulder.

Obviously, this noise is loud enough to wake the child up, because most bedwetters are heavy sleepers. But more importantly, as the child wakes, the child's mind is being taught to wake up to the sensation of a filling bladder.
