Nutren 1.0 Fiber with Prebiocan be used for complete or supplemental nutrition support of patients requiring dietary management of diarrhea or constipation. Its rich fiber blend includes Prebio to help promote healthy gut microflora. This is an ideal short or long-term tube feeding liquid for patients with normal protein and calorie requirements, or for whenever dietary fiber is desired.
This product is Kosher, lactose-free, and gluten-free. This product is not for parenteral use (parental is medicine taken into the body or administered in a manner other than through the digestive tract, as by intravenous or intramuscular injection).
It is not to be used for individuals with galactosemia (galactosemia is a hereditary disease that is caused by the lack of a liver enzyme required to digest galactose.
