The original purcjase ripped as I was putting it on for the firsdt time and was replaced per my call to your company. Received the replacement unit but it too ripped after only 6 uses. Extremely disappointed in this product. I believe the material is too thin and use be produced from a heavier guage. Concept is good but the quality of the product is not.

Bought it for my husband-- it dampened the snoring so I could sleep, but broke after 1 week of use. It wasn't expensive, so it breaking wasn't a big deal. My husband didn't like the material, but it was also his first time sleeping in a chin strap-- I'm sure it is awkward for anyone to begin using a chin strap.
