ShouldersBack Posture Support Specifications:

Available in black or white
To find the correct size, measure the circumference of the rib cage just below your chest
A ShouldersBack Small is really for children (24" or smaller around the rib cage)
ShouldersBack Medium are for most adults (24"-38" around the rib cage)
ShouldersBack Large are for 38" - 50" around the rib cage
Attaches like a vest
Note: All sizing is approximate. Please read the fitting instructions below before purchasing. The straps should fit snugly against your shoulders when worn for the ShouldersBack to be completely effective. This may seem uncomfortable at first, but as your body becomes accustomed to sitting at proper posture it will be more comfortable to wear.

I purchased this to open up my chest hoping to alleviate numbness from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. I wear it for 4 hours every day and haven't had problems since. My PT asked for the link, he really likes the way it holds my shoulders in proper alignment.

I understand the need for the sizing to be somewhat flexible but the range of 38" to 50" (I'm a 42) leaves alot of excess strap which can be problematic. Perhaps smaller ranges of say 6 inches instead of 12 inches, or a smaller piece of velcro at the end of the straps which currently do not have velcro.

It works ok for me. I sewed fabric around the velcro parts so I can wear it under a shirt and it won't scratch. Not noticeable under certain clothes.

I'm a novelist who spends a lot of time at the computer. As the day wears on, my shoulders slump forward. The brace improves my posture and leads to less pain. More helpful was going to the orthopedist, who diagnosed tendinitis in my shoulder. He gave me shoulder-specific exercises and put me on an anti-inflammatory. The pain's gone.

This is the best scapular/shoulder support brace I have tried. I am a small to medium build. Best if worn over a comfortable shirt. Finally does the job to reduce tension and improves my posture while I am healing from my injury.

Kearney I have rotator cuff issues from rowing crew and playing bass. Wearing this brace has taken the stress off my shoulder muscles. It keeps me from hunching over when I row and when I am playing my electric bass. It also supports my shoulder when I play my upright. Also...I do ALL the stretches and exercises given to me to support my shoulder health. This brace is in addition to this health regimine

I'm not sure if I got the right size. I'm really small. I always wear an extra small. My bra size is a 30 B. I was told to get the medium but I have lots of extra strap in the front the velcro is way to my right side and don't know if my shoulders are being pulled back enough. How much extra strap is okay?

I just recently bought this product because I want to improve my posture. I have been wearing at my desk at work and I already feel a difference! I liked it so much that I even bought one for my dad as a present and he loves it! It really holds back your shoulders and is not uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time.
