We bought this for my mother-in-law to hopefully convince her that a hearing aid is a good idea. She loves it and we love it too. She likes the fact that it's easy to turn off when she doesn't want to hear her husband.

We got this for a relative and they have not used it yet. We have good hearing and when we tried it we could not see any change. Our friend is very hard of hearing and when he tried it he said it made a difference for him. We had somehow purchesed two (2) units. He, the friend bought the other unit from us. So it must work if you need it.

I bought this for my Dad, because he wasn't participating in family activities anymore because he couldn't hear and keep up with conversations. He has a $6000 pair of hearing aids that he hates. He LOVES the Stealth Sound Amplifier! He even wore it for 16 hours and it held the charge! He even wore it to church and was happy with it. Now, he can hear his grand kids talk to him! This product works very well for volume. My husband would really like a product that would improve the clarity. He can only hear a little out of one ear. This product helps us to have a more normal conversation and for that we are very grateful.

I purchased this item for my mother-in-law. She has lost the plastic adjustable ear pieces that fit the ear, she is unable to use.
