The TurboSonic Deluxe Whole Body Vibration System consists of a sonic vibrating platform that the user stands on or performs exercises which stimulates bones, muscles, blood vessels and cells in a manner that promotes their rapid development and circulation.

A sonic vertical movement of the plate stimulates the body's natural "stretch reflex". This reflex causes a spontaneous muscle contraction that carries the same physiological response as when a person lifts weights; small micro-tears form in the muscle, and satellite cells respond to the muscle 'trauma' by aggregating on these small tears. The response is almost mirrored in bone, where bone density increases when participating in action that jars the bone. Additionally, the vibrating oscillations cause the whole body to go through this process, as opposed to lifting with an isolated muscle group. This allows the bones and muscles to grow at a faster rate.

The TurboSonic Deluxe Whole body Vibration Therapy System comes standard with seven preset automatic program modes to provide a variety of treatment and workout options with multiple frequency and intensity variations per session. These manual controls can be customized for many types of bodies and fitness levels. Frequencies can be adjusted from 6Hz to 45Hz on the Deluxe model and 3Hz to 50Hz on the Premium model, both which function on preset 10 minute countdown sessions. The LCD displays seven treatment modes including frequency, amplitude, calorie consumption and countdown timer to provide you accurate results and to assess the effectiveness of your workouts.
