The TurboSonic X7 Whole Body Vibration Therapy System consists of a sonic (sound) vibrating platform that the user stands on or performs exercises on. This stimulates bones, muscles, blood vessels and cells in a manner that promotes their rapid development. The sonic vertical movement of the plate causes a spontaneous muscle stretch and contraction varying at rates between 3-50 times per second (3Hz to 50Hz).

By repeating this process through multiple vibrations by the voice coil, the body adjusts to the frequency of vibrations and effort, resulting in an increase in physical performance. Compared with traditional training methods, greater results and flexibility are achieved, and hormonal production is increased in much less time when training on the TurboSonic.

Twelve preset automatic program modes provide a variety of treatment and workout options with multiple frequency and intensity variations per session. The automatic modes are preset to 10 minute countdown sessions and depending on the mode selection, users can burn between 100 to 300 calories. An easy-to-read LCD screen also displays seven treatment modes including frequency, amplitude, calorie consumption and a countdown timer.
