This stable, easy-to-use cutting utensil cuts food with a rocking motion. It's very sharp, and cuts right through foods as soft as tomatoes, to very thick steaks with little to no frustration.

Your choice of comfortable wooden or plastic handle is shaped to fit the hand. Safety edge, stainless steel blade may be sharpened with a knife sharpener. This has the most comfortable grip, compared to similar knifes we have seen.

The Rocking "T" Knife can also come with a vinyl carrying case to make travel or going out to eat simple and convenient.
