Proderm ® is an aid in the prevention of and management of decubitus ulcers, when applied in combination with gentle massage by or under the direction of professionally trained personnel. Proderm is free of Trypsin and available without a prescription. It stimulates the capillary beds of pressure ulcers to help prevent deeper stage deterioration.
Avoid spraying in eyes, mouth or nostrils.

First introduced to proderm by surgen that was called in to cut off legs of relative. Both legs saved. I personally used on hand injured by dog bite, and the skin healed without any further surgery. My friend who has renal failure and dibetis uses it to aid in the circulation of her feet.
