I bought the Open Up for Christmas for my Mom who lives on her own as was beginning to have a hard time opening most jars and bottles. I installed it in her kitchen that day, and since then she uses it almost daily and really loves it and the feeling of independence that it gives her. She likes the fact that it mounts under the kitchen cabinet and is always out of the way and ready to use. For the price, it's a great product, works well, and I think I'll order a couple more for other family members!
