Microwave the Aromatic Heat Therapy Mitt for penetrating heat that soothes stiff hands and wrists. The Mitt features a unique filling of organic, long grain rice and aromatic herbs and spices. The arthritis soothing herbs and spices contained in this product are juniper berry, ginger, and mustard seed. The long grain rice creates a "moist heat" which is very soothing to joints. Once heated, the filling provides soothing, moist aromatherapy and gentle acupressure to the affected area.

After microwaving, heat therapy will last for 30-45 minutes.
