It took me awhile to learn how to set the time for the medications and filling the compartments was a little difficult because they are small. But, this product is well worth the peace of mind knowing that my Mom won't overdose on her meds. She has dementia and before the pill dispenser she has taken her meds. sometimes twice in on day. Now we know if she takes her meds. and also that she got the correct amount. I would recommend this product. And, don't forget the rebate, it was a great savings.

Pill Dispenser is wonderful. I bought one for my mom and discovered dad was not taking medication correctly so I bought one to help him with his medication. Taking care of two people's meds is difficult at best but the dispenser helped a lot. I lost dad two weeks ago but will continue to help mom with her meds.

This device solved the problem of daily dispensing of pills to my 90 year old mother-in-law who is mechanically challenged. I works very well. The instruction manual could be more clearly written for care-givers who are not adept at setting up such devices.
