I guess I have to get used to it. I can only wear for a few hours at a time. It definitely does the job. Holds shoulders back, but is very warm and the velcro areas get a bit irritating. Again, I guess I need to get used to it. Very well made product.

Only problem that I found is that it runs too small for a man's waist. I got it for my husband and he has a 38 waist. The one that goes from 34 to 38 was too small. Had to send it back for next size up. Seems to be well made.
