This support is cheap and definitely does the job.  It can be worn discreetly under most suits or shirts with collars. Complaints: It is made of a material that doesn't seem to be washable. The leather straps in the back tend to stick to the back when it is worn under clothing.  The velcro can stick to some shirts.

It works exactly as designed.  The only grip I have is about the straps. If the straps were in a covered sleeve, this would be a very comfortable splint.

This does help with slouching, but it does dig into the armpit area.  I also have take it off when wearing certain shirts because it comes right up to the neck area.
