Chair looks good and is comfortable. I didn't realize that the foot and head control were not connected and need to switch level from foot to head to position each. This dos make it more difficult for elderly people to control and learn. Also, unfortunately, the foot lift mechanism broke.....looks like the motor attachment broke off, just within a few weeks of having the chair. Pride customer service was very helpful and they are coming out to fix the chair within a week, but it does make m question the quality of the product if a metal component can break so easily. Once fixed, this chair is a needed tool for my Mom, to assist her in standing and keeping her lymphedema in her legs under control
