I have had three neck operations, and I had a similar one of these Neck Pillows before. When it came time to replace it I had trouble finding one I liked until I found the active forever site. I had tried replacing the pillow with one made with wonder foam. It was so big around it didn't fit well around my neck, but not so with the Prosepra iShape Neck Pillow . This pillow is great, it is adjustable so it wraps around your neck the way you want and need it. I think anyone would love this pillow and I use it in the car, sitting on the couch and even while I sleep.
