Front of neck rest should be longer from base of chin to chest because when sleeping the head naturally falls forward - regular size and long necks need more length so head rests securely in forward position.

The Releaf Neck Rest worked great on a recent 20 hour trip from LA to Europe.  It is much more comfortable than I expected it to be.  Not only did it support my head to make sleeping easier, it also prevented me from getting a stiff neck during the long flights.

With a 12 hour flight in economy class I was willing to try something new. I used this neck rest and I think I was able to really sleep and woke up with no neck or back ache.

This is the best neck support I have found. It is comfortable and actually holds my head up when I fall asleep in a sitting position -- my intention. My sister flew here and said she wished that she had one for the flight home; so I gave her mine and ordered another. Now we are BOTH happy.  It sure helps arthritic necks when traveling or watching TV at home.

My mom had one and lost it somewhere and was desperate for a new one.  She has chronic neck pain and loves to travel in the car with the Releaf neck rest.  It fits her well and she is so happy to have a replacement.  I have put in on myself and find it very comfortable.

It was such a help. My neck was so stiff and sore, and this helped ease the tension especially when at my pc or napping on the airplane. It kept my neck from getting into those wierd angles that kinked it all the time.

It was exactly what I needed which was a very soft neck brace.  I have since had to have neck surgery and haven't had to use it for about a week but I will keep this and use it for car rides and plane trips.  One of the best purchases that I was required to make and it was well worth it.

It took some adjusting, depending on which side my head was leaning, but this did enable me to sleep on a long plane flight.  I think that the "half-donut" neck rest is more comfortable, but this one is much more compact.

I had to return it. Even though it came in 2 sizes, the sizes were only based upon neck circumference but nothing for different neck lengths. The device was too short for my neck.  It looked promising and I had looked forward to have this for traveling but was disappointed that the company did not take into account people of different statures.
