The brace is well-made and an excellent value for the price.  After the first couple of times it was easy to put on.  I once wore all day and it was not as comfortable as I had hoped (binds under the arms in spite of good padding) so I would limit to a few hours at a time.  I have scapular winging and was hoping it would provide more support for the inner scapula -- it provides more overall postural support, but I am pleased nonetheless.  Since the elastic material is able to be sewn, I plan to modify slightly to better brace the area between scapula.

I purchased this item for my husband because he was complaining about an ache in his shoulder after sitting at a computer at work all day.  He has worn it every day this week under his clothes and says the pain has gone away.  Great product!

It has helped me out a lot. At times it chaffes against my arm pits. Maybe you should add thicker padding. I am going to get another one but without the back support cause when you sit down, always got to adjust which is annoying. But I must wait to purchase another one cause of finances. Also, you should talk to the V.A. and try see if can work a deal to sell them your products to make available to vets. Thankyou

Does a good job at "reminding" you to stand straight without being cumbersome. A bit irritating under the arms. But overall, great!

I have a 40 waist, I ordered the one that issuppose to fit up to 42 in. It does not stay fastene, the velcro comes loose. I am 6'4" so that may be the reason why if I place it on my waist. Cannot use it. I was told no return.

The brace does what one would imagine but it's very one-size-fit-all meaning that it doesn't necessarily fit one's body the way it should.  I happen to be tall and to get it to pull out long enough, I have to strap the wist portion so tightly to me that I end up with stomach pains by the end of the day.  

You can't wear it over even a thin T-shirt or it will bunch throughout the day.  Without the T-shirt the Velcro on the waistband does rub against your skin and chafe.  

All that said, it does act as a constant reminder throughout the day to maintain correct posture and the price is reasonable.

i cant even pull it over my shoulders its soo small
