The Brownmed IMAK RSI SmartThumb is a soft thumb stabilizer. It is designed to relieve the sore thumb pain while letting them carry out their daily activities unlike the Tiburon Hand Resting Splint. The splint is also beneficial for repetitive actions such as typing or playing video games.

The Brownmed IMAK SmartThumb Wrist Thumb Brace is made of a comfortable, soft cotton material that allows the skin to breathe. Also, it does not make the users feel constricted due to the wearing of the splint all-day long. The splint has an elastic inset that easily fits and allows full finger dexterity. The elastic inset also helps users pull the splint on and off at any time.

The splint uses a cushioned foam below the wrist and palm that helps the users feel comfortable on their wrist and palm. It has two flexible support splints which support each side of the thumb to protect it as well as to allow flexible movements. The splint is reversible and can be used on both left and right hands.
