I am 65, but very fit and active. Last week, I was moving a slab of concrete and popped a hernia. I was first of all very happy that you got the product out to me in quick time. I read that some such hernia recovers with the use of a good support. If so, I hope I am one of them. I am very trim and strong and without body fat, it is so easy to increase the support to a point that I can safely work the way I like to. It has been on since the mail arrived and now at 9:30 at night, the hernia is still flat as a pancake and I am very comfortable. I most appreciate the great power of this garment and the simplicity of use. Thank you for a great product at an affordable price. Bill Bronson
