When I received the chemical kit package I discoverd that the Spa Brite bottle had been openend and leaked throughout the package. I did call Active Forever and they sent me a new bottle of Spa Brite free of charge.
But I discovered later that some of the other products in the package were solid as a rock. I don't know if the chemical that leaked contaminated the others.
